A dog is a forever companion

There are those to whom dogs matter little.

I am not one.

I believe that God created dogs for a purpose; not only as a working companion, but also as a playful,  thoughtful, intuitive companion at the end of the working day.

We have always tried to rescue a dog when we were looking for our next best-buddy, our next forever-companion.

Purina has an advert in the UK about rescuing dogs, and it makes me want to hug Wheaton a little tighter the next time. I know the circumstances from which he came, and although they were not as terrible as the beginning of this advert, they were similar.

Purina is donating a portion of their profits to UK animal shelters; hence this ad. Good for them.
